What is Merci?
Merci, the ART of Gratitude is a business built on the idea that corporations can strengthen relationships through conscious acts of kindness like gratitude, appreciation and recognition. It is a company that finds easy cost effective ways to institutionalize grace for the betterment of each person.
Building relationships, whether personal or business are a result of sincere acts of gratitude and recognition. By earning someone’s loyalty, devotion and commitment you can count on an increase in productivity and creativity.
Merci will help Air Canada, and you as it's employee, find your way to say “thank you”, say “good job”, or say “you mean everything to me” to your customers.
Currently, there is a plan in motion to develop personalized thank you cards that will be available to employees and management. These will be handed out to individuals within the company as a way of saying thank you to colleagues for a job well done, or for extending themselves beyond what's expected. Also, these cards can be sent to customers that have shown exceptional understanding in a difficult situtation, or for just being
extraordinarily
pleasant to deal with.
