Dear Valued Employee, Since the turn of the millennium the airline industry has been uncharacteristically vulnerable to market changes, social changes and global incidents. These changes have required new business strategies and relationships to keep our business growing. When I was introduced to the Monarch Program philosophies I was intrigued that something so simple could have the desired effect on an employee's wellbeing and ultimately their job satisfaction and performance. The more I looked at the idea, the logo, and the thought process behind the creation of the Monarch Room I had to admit that its time has come.
